A small percentage of our users are receiving a message on their computer (often Macs) from SafeConnect claiming their computer has Sophos antivirus installed, but that it's not currently running. Users are unable to get online to external websites (just USD sites and some select pages for updates).
This is a known issue where the SafeConnect page telling users they need to log in to SafeConnect was replaced with the page saying their Sophos was installed but not running. In almost all cases they do NOT have Sophos installed. The vendor is working to replace that page so the few people who need to log in to SafeConnect get the correct page.
