Library System Upgrade Tuesday, May 28th 8 AM

Tuesday, May 28th starting at 8 a.m. PST the library system is being moved to a hosted environment. This migration may take the entire day.
During the migration the following will be unavailable:
- Online library catalogs (New and Classic)
- USD Digital Archives
- Circuit requesting
- Library electronic databases
In addition, the following will be unavailable to staff in Copley, LRC, Media Services, ATS Labs, Art Department, and SOLES:
- Millennium client (Circulation, Cataloging, Serials, ERM, Acquisitions, and Web Statistics)
- Content Pro (USD Digital Archives)
The following will remain available to all users:
- Library website
- Interlibrary loan requests
- E-reserves

CBORD/ CSGold System Upgrade Tuesday, May 28th, 2013

ITS/EASS will be upgrading the CBORD/CSGold system and it will be unavailable all day Tuesday May 28th and Wednesday May 29th. CampusCash or Dining Dollars will not be accepted during this upgrade, although other forms of tender will be accepted.
The following areas will be impacted by this outage:
* La Gran Terraza – Will accept only cash and credit cards
* Tu Mercado – Will accept cash only
* Campus Card Office - Limited cash transactions available
* Torero Store - All tender types accepted except CampusCash
* Off-Campus Vendors - Will be unable to accept CampusCash
* Ticket Office, Mail Center, University Copy, Computer Labs, Media Center, Outdoor Adventures - Will be unable to accept CampusCash
* Library printing and fine collection - Will be unable to accept CampusCash
* Vending Machines - Will be unable to accept CampusCash
* Recreation Offices - Can still swipe cards, but activities will be saved in off-line mode and loaded post upgrade
U.S. Bank ATMs are located outside the University Center and Jenny Craig Pavilion and the campus bank branch will be open both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in UC 127.

CASHNET Maintenance

The CASHNet system will be down for maintenance between Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 10pm and Sunday, May 26, 2013 at 3:00am. Online bills, payments and paying for the guest wireless system will be unavailable during this time.
Banner Upgrade Postponed

Information Technology Services (ITS) has decided to postpone this weekend's scheduled Banner upgrade. The MySanDiego Portal, Banner INB and Banner Self-Service will be kept online this weekend. We will alert you when this critical upgrade is rescheduled.
