Technology Support Analyst

Stephanie Eikermann is a Technology Support Analyst in the ITS Help Desk, where she remotely assists with Staff and Faculty IT troubleshooting through phone support and facilitates inter-departmental ticket communication. She grew up in Temecula, California and graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her BA in Psychology. Her hobbies include reading, watching films, shopping, traveling and spending time with her wonderful husband and two adorable cats.
