Lead Desktop Support Technician

I am Lead Technician for the Desktop Support Services group. I support faculty and staff across campus and facilitate project management and communication from the management team to our team of technicians. As Lead Technician, I also investigate new emerging technologies to increase productivity and improve learning in classrooms.
