Instructional Support Analyst
Allison is a member of the Instructional Design and Training team, which leads the USD campus in analysis and adoption of appropriate educational technologies and sound instructional design principles for classroom and online curriculum delivery. She has an extensive background in configuring, administering, and training faculty on the Blackboard 9.1 Learning Management System, and enjoys partnering with faculty to discover technology solutions that make the classroom experience more engaging and interactive. She manages the Student Technology Assistant program, a team of 10 tech-savvy students who develop web, mobile, and multimedia-based projects for USD professors.
Allison is a recent graduate of USD’s MBA program, where she earned a concentration in Managerial Leadership, served as a Leadership Fellow, and studied in Guatemala, Hong Kong, and Spain. She also holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Richmond and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from George Mason University.
