Technology Support Analyst
Boe is the newest addition to the Help Desk. His primary role is to support faculty, staff, and administration with Information Technology Services first level support. Areas of support include software, accounts, email, and other Information Technology issues; as well as provide information, configuration, requests, troubleshooting, and repairs. Boe comes to USD form Wayne State University. At Wayne State he provided customer computing support for faculty and students that used Blackboard.
