Manager, Client Support Services
I am the Client Support Services Manager. Client Support Services encompasses the Faculty/Staff Help Desk, Student Help Desk and Desktop Support Services. Our mission is to provide technology support for all the faculty, staff and students here at USD. We provide support for all types of client technology including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and printers. In addition, we act as your one-stop technology shop — call the Help Desk at ext. 7900 for any of your technology needs and we'll either assist you immediately or get your call routed to the correct team within IT.
My background includes a variety of IT roles in higher education and the corporate world. The amazing people and culture of USD makes this an wonderful place to work and I'm thrilled to be a part of such a talented and dedicated team.
