As the assistant to the Director of Library and Web Services, I am responsible for the daily library system checks and record loads. In addition to troubleshooting and answering questions regarding library systems for Copley, the Legal Research Center and several satellite locations , I document procedures and create scripts to streamline administrative and staff operations.
