Web Deveoper, School of Business Administration
BA, San Diego State University: Multimedia, emphasis in Graphic Design
As a web designer and developer for Library and Web Services, I provide strategic planning and design for the School of Business Administration’s website and assist program content providers with the use of USD's content management system (CMS). I lead website design projects for the university; some of my recent design and development projects at the university have included: School of Business Administration, Changemaker Hub, Journal of Sustainable Real Estate (JOSRE), and USD Sites.
I have brought forth a WordPress platform (USD Sites) to faculty, staff, and administrators to create custom sites/blogs for their personal or professional use. The Library and Web Services team has successfully launched four custom-branded themes which I spearheaded. Since the launch of this new service, there have been more than 75 sites and 134 users and this continues to grow daily.
I have worked in the web and design field for over seven years planning, designing, and developing websites. I have led large-scale redesign projects for corporations to small-scale projects like logo designs and everything in between.
My strengths include graphic design, project management, and website coding in HTML, CSS, and PHP. I have a strong interest in typography, design, photography, social media, and art in many medias.
