The Business Intelligence and Analytics team will perform the Cognos Production application upgrade from Cognos 10.1.1 to Cognos 10.2.1 today, 21st February 2014.
The upgrade will result in a Cognos reporting outage of 3 to 6 hours starting 5:00PMtoday, so please do not plan to run/schedule reports during this time.
