On Thursday January 2nd from 5pm until 10pm, ITS will be performing an upgrade to our ticketing system Footprints. During this window, users will be unable to use some functions of the ITS website. Specifically, users will be unable to submit tickets or check on their ticket status through the ITS site. Other features of the site will be available during this upgrade.
If you need to submit a request to the ITS Help Desk during this time, you may email email@example.com and the request will be processed when the system is back online. We thank you for your patience as we complete this upgrade
