Scheduled Maintenance from 6:00pm Thu Mar 27, 2014 to 6:00pm Sat Mar 29, 2014
Starting Thursday, March 27th at 6pm until Saturday, March 29th at 6pm, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be completing a major upgrade to our Kronos timecard system. During this time, employees and supervisors will be unable to access the Kronos website. If you work while Kronos is being upgraded, we ask that you write down your shifts and update your timecard when the upgrade is completed using the new https://kronos.sandiego.edu website.
Employees who use a time clock will not be impacted by this upgrade. All time entered into Kronos prior to the upgrade and from the time clocks will be moved to the upgraded Kronos.
This upgrade of Kronos adds support for Java 7 and better support for modern browsers. Tutorials and training material on the new system will be available at www.sandiego.edu/payroll and upgrade information at www.sandiego.edu/its. Payroll is offering optional training classes for supervisors/managers to introduce you to the upgraded system. To attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and identify which training course you’d like to attend:
- Monday, March 31 at 10:30am - 12:00pm, located in Maher Hall #114
- Tuesday, April 1 at 2:00pm – 3:30pm, located in Maher Hall #114
