On Friday, December 13 2013 beginning at 5pm, Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin an upgrade on Cognos, one of USD's major business reporting tools. This upgrade will be completed on Sunday morning, December 15 2014. During this time, the system will be unavailable and no scheduled reports will be run. Systems such as Banner, Oracle, and Noetix will not be affected during this upgrade.
