Emergency Outage - Services Restored 4:36pm Wed Dec 4, 2013
UPDATE 4:36pm: All the wireless access points are back online and functioning properly. We are continuing to work with our vendor to determine the cause of today's outage. Thank you for your patience, and please contact the ITS Help Desk at (619) 260-7900 if you are still having problems with your wireless.
We are currently experiencing problems with our wireless Internet across campus, causing people to randomly be disconnected from wireless (including 'usd', 'usdsecure', and 'usdguest'). Our network team is working with the vendor to resolve the problem, but currently there is no ETA for resolution. Please check back for further updates.
