What is CE6?

CE6 is a secure, password protected, Internet-based course management system that provides access to course content anytime, anywhere. CE6 can be used to upload documents in different formats (pdf, doc, html, jpg, xls, etc...), and allows instructors to create online discussions, assignments, group projects, chats, and quizzes. CE6 at USD has been used in varying degrees by faculty for fully online classes, hybrid courses, or to augment face-to-face classes since 1998.

  3. Ask your your professor if you are showing up in their CE6 course roster

If you have checked items 1-3 above but still cannot log-in to CE6, please Contact Us. The more detailed information you provide, the faster we can help you. Always provide the following information: Your USD account username and USD ID number, the professor's name, the course number and title, the section number, and specific details of what is happening where and when. Please also let us know if you are using a PC or a MAC, and which Internet Browser you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
