International Day of Peace Celebration

To Apply for a table:

Below is an application for a table at the International Day of Peace Celebration. Fill out the application with the appropriate information and submit.

Applications will be received by Noreen Cabrera, International Day of Peace Committee Chair and Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice Volunteer, along with Denise Schrantz, Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies administrative assistant. You will be contacted via e-mail to confirm your participation:

You will be asked to send in a non-refundable $30 payment in the form of a check, payable to the University of San Diego with "International Day of Peace" in the memo line.

Upon receipt of your confirmation, please mail your check to

Your Table:

Each participating organization will be provided with a 6' x 2' table, including tablecloth and 2 chairs. The dimensions of your reserved space are approximately 10' x 10' of concrete floor space. It is highly recommended that you bring a pop-up shade structure or umbrella. Feel free to creatively decorate your booth area and display a banner with your organization’s title.
