A weekend festival featuring a juried art show and marketplace,
singers, dancers, and storytellers. In addition, we will present
an interactive replica of the Kumeyaay village of Cosoy.
Also, Albert Smith, a Navajo Code Talker, will be
present to speak about this Navajo group of
men and their vital work during
World War II.

April 17 & 18, 2004

The mission of the American Indian Celebration is to provide services
and economic opportunity for Native Americans as well as an
educational experience for all who attend.  The Celebration
is free of charge, in order to make it accessible, and
commissions are not paid on artists' sales.
