Campus Programs for Students

United Front Multicultural Center - Get involved in one of the many UFMC Student Organizations, Rainbow Educators, “Challenging Hate” training and workshops, diversity awareness training, and leadership training and development.

Women's Center - Connects students with personal, professional, and/or scholastic role models in women-to-women mentoring programs and offer educational forums to support the mission and vision of the center.

University Ministry - Hosts events such as the All Faith Service, monthly trips toTijuana, and the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe; houses The Oscar Romero Center for Faith in Action, which provides local service opportunities and immersion trips, as well as service and educational activities related to hunger and homelessness.

Community Service-Learning - CSL offers a variety of classes, retreats, curriculum workshops, and activities for undergraduate and graduate students. Students may volunteer on or off campus, serve on the Social Issues Committee, work on group projects, or participate in post graduate domestic and international opportunities such as AmeriCorps and VISTA.

EOP - The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) offers academic tutoring, advising, financial and planning resources, and workshops.

SSS - Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded grant by the U.S. Department of Education. The program provides opportunities for academic development and serves to retain and motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education at USD.

Institute of College Initiatives - The University of San Diego Institute of College Initiatives introduce local, national, and international communities -- especially students and their families -- to the University, and provide academic and support services to assist student achievement.

Counseling Center - Offers diversity issues in peer counseling, stress management, intern training, and clinical inservice on cultural competency.

Housing - Provides single parent housing and support for students with disabilities.
