The Immaculata has several exciting events and activities scheduled throughout our 50th Anniversary year, but we need your help to make these events vibrant and successful. Please consider helping in some capacity for one of the needs expressed below.

- Assembling centerpieces
- Decorating dinner hall
- Bulk mailing (invitations)
Liturgy and Decoration Subcommittee
- Decorating church for special liturgies
- Coordinating refreshments for special liturgy receptions
- Set-up/Clean-up for special liturgy receptions
Historical Research Subcommittee
- Reviewing and sorting photos for slide show
- Identifying/organizing items for display case
- Photographing anniversary events
- Organizing historical research keepsake book
- Writing/editing historical account of The Immaculata
Parish Organization Subcommittee
- Registering parishioners for 5K Walk (Social Ministries Committee)
- Recruiting parishioners for Blood Drive (Ladies of The Immaculata)
- Coordinating refreshments for Blood Drive (Ladies of The Immaculata)
- Manning info and refreshment table during Blood Drive (Ladies of The Immaculata)
- Providing ethnical food for Cultural Food Faire (Parishioner Care and Enrichment Group)
- Set-up/Clean-up for Cultural Food Faire (Parishioner Care and Enrichment Group)
- Registering families for Family Camp (Parishioner Care and Enrichment)
- Coordinating refreshments for Family Movie Night (Parishioner Care and Enrichment Group)
