Being Well @ USD Fitbit Program

Being Well @ USD is thrilled to announce that we are partnering with Fitbit to help USD employees track their activity and overall wellness and support some healthy competition.

How to order your discounted Fitbit device

Already Have a Fitbit or Another Device?
  • Awesome!  Even if you don't purchase your Fitbit through our storefront, or you use a different tracker, you can still participate in future challenges and other programming.  Please provide your information in this online form, so we can get you on the list.

Once you’ve set up your device, you can take advantage of the Fitbit app which has:

  • Challenges
  • Adventures
  • Sleep Goals
  • Friend & Family In-App Messaging
  • Weight Management/Food Tracking Tools
  • Activity tracking
  • And much more!

Fitbit Challenges

The first challenge begins March 12th.  We're going to get active and stepping with the "I Will Arrive" challenge.

Each participant will receive a limited edition USD Alcala Park Tour Challenge T-shirt!

Participating is EASY...

  1. Your first step...make sure you have a tracking device.  You may use a Fitbit, Garmin, Apple, or other device to participate in the wellness challenges.  The USD Being Well challenge program operates on the Fitbit platform and mobile application.  Participants with non-Fitbit devices may participate by inputting their daily activity into their Fitbit profile.
  2. Create a Fitbit account.
  3. Join a Being Well @USD group.
  4. Set up your profile.  To add some variety and fun, team structure this year is different!  You will be paired with other participants based on Division, Favorite Color of the Rainbow, Building Location, or Zodiac Sign.
  5. Get moving and track your activity!

Four major challenges have been planned for 2018, but be prepared to participate in random pop-up challenges too!  Yes, our planning includes prizes... you can't win if you don't participate.  Register and get moving!
