TIPS FOR QUITTING
Quitting is easier with help: An expert panel appointed by the U.S. Surgeon General recommends combining the use of approved quitting medications, professional couseling, and social support to increase your chances of success. In fact, they found a strong "dose effect'; that means: the more support people had, the more likely they were to succeed.
