International Student Plan Instructions

International students are automatically enrolled in the USD International Student Plan, but are able to waive coverage if your current insurance is comparable.  To waive coverage, please follow the instructions below.

 

• If you are waiving the USD International Student Plan, have your current health insurance ID card ready.  You will need this information in order to waive the insurance.
• Log on to www.GallagherKoster.com
• Click on “College & University Students”
• Select “University of San Diego-International Students” from the drop down menu
• First time users are required to create a unique User Account
• To waive the International Student Plan insurance, once logged in, click “Student Waiver Forms” and select the 2009-2010 University of San Diego Waiver Form
