International students are automatically enrolled in the USD International Student Plan, but are able to waive coverage if your current insurance is comparable.  To waive coverage, please follow the instructions below.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ON-LINE WAIVER PROCESS

To waive the 2012-2013 Student Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan

1. Log onto: www.gallagherkoster.com/usdint
2. Click "Student Waive."
3. New users will be required to create a unique User Account. Returning users will simply log in.
4. Complete the online waiver form.

When waiving the student insurance, you will need your other health insurance informatin in order to complete the form.
