Health Insurance

Students are strongly encouraged to have medical insurance and to carry their health insurance card with them at all times.

For International Students:  If you are an International student, please be advised that you are required to have health insurance to attend USD.  One plan is available through The Lewer Agency.  To link to the company's website, please click here.

For Assistance with Purchasing Prescriptions:  Students without any health insurance or with insurance that does not cover prescriptions may be eligible for a prescription assistance program.  For more information, please click here.
