Orientation

A pre-orientation meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at the University of San Diego, University Center, Forum A/B from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. Students be given their housing assignments and important pre-departure information. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for all USD students participating in the program. The director strongly recommends that other participants from the San Diego area attend if possible. An orientation and campus tour will be held at the ITESO campus on Saturday, June 7 at 10:30 a.m. Following the orientation will be a class meeting and then a welcome reception to include traditional foods and music. This will be an opportunity for students to meet one another and be introduced to the faculty and administrators.

A city tour will be offered on Sunday, June 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Students will be driven through the streets of Guadalajara on private buses to help familiarize them with the city and some of the more culturally significant monuments.
