Program Fees
The application must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable application fee and a $200 non-refundable tuition deposit. This tuition deposit will be applied to the total tuition bill. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Students who do not pay their balance in full by the first day of classes will not be allowed to attend classes. Summer program loans are available for USD students only through the USD Financial Aid Office.
Financial Aid: Summer program loans are available for USD students through the Office of Financial Aid Services. Loan deferments can be made through Student Accounts. Some scholarships may be available through the College of Arts and Sciences. Please check with the program office for more information. Non-USD students should research financial aid possibilities at their home institution.
Refunds: Cancellations must be in writing to receive refunds from USD. Letters of cancellation must be sent directly to the Guadalajara Summer Program Office and must be received before June 6th for a 100% refund. Refunds for tuition and housing will be processed on a pro-rated basis depending upon the date the written notice is received.

Upon written request, refunds will be issued according to the above schedule by the USD Office of Student Accounts. No refunds will be issued on-site in Guadalajara. The application fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable.
