Refund Schedule

Cancellations must be in writing to receive refunds from USD. Letters of cancellation must be sent directly to the Guadalajara Summer Program Office and must be received before June 6th for a 100% refund. Refunds for tuition and housing will be processed on a pro-rated basis depending upon the date the written notice is received.

June 5	100%
June 8	90%
June 10	80%
June 12	70%
June 15	60%
June 17	50%
June 22	40%

Upon written request, refunds will be issued according to the above schedule by the USD Office of Student Accounts. No refunds will be issued on-site in Guadalajara. The application fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable.
