Application Instructions
1. Download and complete application: PDF format
Note: Students who have undeclared majors should state options that they are considering. Non-USD students will be issued a USD ID# and thus should leave this line blank.
Housing: List housing/roommate preferences along with any allergies/special dietary needs that may affect housing, (ie: cats, dogs, smoke, lactose intolerance, etc).
Courses: Program participants should choose two courses (one 9:00 and one 11:30 course) and list one alternate. USD students should meet with their advisor when choosing courses for the summer. Non-USD students should check with their advisor to confirm that credit for the courses will transfer.

2. Read and sign Agreement and Release PDF format
3. Update Photo
USD students should update their photo with the Office of Campus Card Services (there is no charge for updating). Non USD students must submit a 2x2 passport photo or email a digital photo to guadalajara@sandiego.edu using jpg format.
- 4. Submit all materials to the Guadalajara Summer Program Office along with the $100 application fee and $200 tuition deposit. Non USD students must also submit an official transcript from their home university.
