Admission is open to persons 18 years of age or older who have a serious educational interest in the culture of Mexico. Applicants are not required to be enrolled in an academic institution to apply. Students currently enrolled in a college or university, must be in good academic standing at their school and submit an official transcript to be considered.
Individuals interested in participating in classes without formal evaluation of their work or receipt of university credit may apply as auditors. (See Academic Information for details.)
Upon admission to the Guadalajara Summer Program, students will be required to submit a 2 x 2 inch color passport photo for identifying purposes only. USD Students may choose to use their ID photo, which is on file at the office of Campus Card Services instead of a passport photo. To do so, students must first call (619) 260-2070 to verify that their photo is on file, and then check the box on the top right of their application form. Students will also receive additional information upon acceptance to the program.
Admission to the Guadalajara Summer Program does not imply acceptance or consideration as a degree candidate
at the University of San Diego.
