All dissertations, theses, sign-off sheets and fees and forms are due in the Graduate Records Office by the dates listed below for each of the respective graduations dates.

Ph.D. and Ed.D. students must submit a bound copy of their dissertation, the unbound original of their dissertation and all forms and fees to the Graduate Records Office in Founders 117.
Master's students, whose programs require a thesis, must submit two bound copies of their Master's thesis as well as the thesis sign-off sheet to the Graduate Records Office in Founders 117.
