Commencement Info
Participation Requirements - you can participate in Commencement ceremonies provided you meet the following criteria:
- You will graduate in January, May or August and have submitted a petition to graduate.
- If you are graduating in August (*) you must:
- be registered for 9 or less units of USD Summer classes
- have no outstanding dissertation, thesis, comprehensive exam, or integration paper
(*) If you graduate in August but are unable to attend Commencement ceremony May of that year, you will be invited to participate in the commencement ceremony the following year at which time your name will be listed in the Commencement program.
