At the end of every semester, in the midst of final exams, projects, papers, and presentations, Graduate Student Life hosts a week of opportunities to de-stress, re-energize, and make sure you are staying healthy.
Wellness Week typically includes free 10-minute chair massage appointments, yoga, a morning run by the beach, chocolate meditation, healthy snack bag giveaways, and therapy dogs.

Grad/Law Wellness Connect: Massage Therapy
On December 7th and 9th we will have a massage therapist during our Grad/Law Wellness Connect series (December 7-11. 2015) in the Graduate and Law Student Commons, SLP 401. We will have morning sessions on Monday, December 7th from 9am-2pm and an afternoon sessions on Wednesday, December 9th from 2pm-7pm. These sessions will be free and only 10 minutes...and YOU MUST sign-up for a specific time. Reservations will start at Noon on Tuesday, December 1st on this site. More information to follow.
