For 20 years, USD has achieved the Carnegie Foundation’s 'Community Engaged' campus designation, part of a small group of schools nationally who demonstrate excellence in community and civic engagement. Service is core to our mission as a Contemporary Catholic university, and there are many wonderful examples of our community partnerships and connections at work across our campus and in every academic unit.
