San Diego 6 News -- The University of San Diego Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science announced Wednesday that it received a $150,000 grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
The award, as part of foundation's New Careers in Nursing Scholarship Program, will fund $10,000 scholarships for 15 minority students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another area but are switching to nursing. The recipients will participate in an accelerated bachelor's degree or master's degree program. (Full Story)
