San Diego Union-Tribune -- When James M. Burns arrived at the University of San Diego in 1974, he was one of seven faculty members at the school of business administration, which was in its infancy.
A year later he was named dean of the business school and played a key role in its growth and success. Less than 10 years later, the business school had a new building to call home, 44 full-time faculty and more than 1,300 students, up from about 250 in 1975. (Full Story)
