San Diego Union Tribune -- When George E. Reed received an e-mail from a producer asking if he would like to comment on Don Draper’s management style for an upcoming DVD edition of “Mad Men,” the University of San Diego leadership professor realized that he had a little studying to do.
“My first thought after receiving the e-mail was, ‘Why me?’” Reed said. “My second thought was, ‘Who’s Don Draper?’”
As Reed quickly found out, Don Draper is the hard-drinking, skirt-chasing hero of “Mad Men,” AMC’s Emmy-winning drama about life in a 1960s Madison Avenue advertising firm. (Full Story)
