Courses in Ancient Greek are offered for those students who wish to enrich their knowledge of English vocabulary and grammar, and become acquainted with Greek culture.

Students who major or minor in Interdisciplinary Humanities may elect a concentration in Classical Studies. Advanced courses relating to Graeco-Roman culture are offered by a variety of departments in the College of Arts and Sciences (such as History, Philosophy, Political Science, and Theology and Religous Studies).
