Students must be awarded Federal Work-Study through their 2017-2018 Financial Aid award to be eligible to apply for the positions listed.  All positions are available for the summer sessions and are located on the USD campus, unless otherwise noted.  The start date and weekly schedule will be determined at the time of hire.  Most positions offer the opportunity to work 10-15 hours per week during the summer sessions.  Students may be considered for positions with additional responsibilities and higher pay rates, depending on their skills and experience. All positions are only for Summer (June 4, 2018 to August 24, 2018), unless otherwise noted.

Job Title: FWS Student Assistant
Pay Rate: $11.50/hour
Department Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and maintain Salesforce contract management database
  • Online research and administrative tasks related to projects under the communications and events departments
  • Assist at conferences and events
  • Assist with social media posts
  • Assist other staff as needed

School of Business – Graduate Admissions and Recruiting

Job Title: FWS Student Assistant
Pay Rate: $11.50/hour
Department Hours: Monday-Friday8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
