Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS: Available to all high school students who are centered on, or support a career in real estate transaction activity. Scholarships awarded are in the amounts of $250-$1,000. Applications are available at www.cvar.net or in the College and Career Center.

College Answer: Register online at www.collegeanswer.com and enter “Next Step” in the promotion code field. A $1,000 scholarship is awarded each month.

Pechanga Scholarship Award: Open to high school seniors. Students must write an essay addressing the question: “ Why I Want to Further My Education.” One hundred and twenty one scholarships valued at $2,000 each will be awarded. Application can be downloaded at www.ktla.com. Deadline is 10/01/08.
