The Finance Office is comprised of seven distinct operating units, all of which provide core financial services to the USD campus community.
The Finance Office serves the needs of the university and its constituents. It is supported by the Controller’s Office which oversees the accounting, cashier, procurement and student financial services operating units. The Tax and Compliance Office oversees accounts payable, payroll and reporting activities for the university. The Budget and Treasury unit conducts budget planning, capital financing, endowment investment, and cash management.
It is a tremendous honor to serve as USD’s Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the senior administration and an alumnus of this great university, it is my goal to provide innovative financial leadership and business solutions that support an exemplary educational experience for our students. The Finance Office’s mission is founded upon integrity, teamwork, and preeminent resource stewardship to ensure USD’s financial strength for generations to come.
