North Road Utility Project

Site logistics plan for Spring Break 2018.

Loma Annex - Engineering Phase II

Starting on Thursday, 12/21/17, the construction contractor will begin mobilization activities such as installation of site fencing and signage. Demolition of interior space and portions of exterior hardscape will start on Wednesday, 12/27/17, and last through Thursday, 1/4/18.  Please note that there will be noise during these demolition activities.  Through the duration of this project, construction activities will affect site logistics such that the majority of parking to the south of Serra Hall will no longer be accessible and will impact pedestrian traffic surrounding Guadalupe Hall, Loma Hall, Serra Hall, and the Law School.  Signage will be installed to direct pedestrians accordingly as some entrances/exits will be closed.
