The R.E.A.C.H. Teambuilding Program
The R.E.A.C.H. Program provides a variety of services tailored to focus on your group's goals, as well as the needs of individual members. Group bonding and team building activities are great opportuniities to learn while having fun! Our aproach utilizes unique challenges and problem-solving activities. Skilled facilitators help participants engage in learning through active reflection and group communication. Our creative programs help groups do what they do better. Activities may be combined with a meeting, retreat or fun day outing. Your experience will be both productive and memorable!

FACILITATORS WANTED:
The Experiential Learning and Adventure Center is currently seeking motivated & energetic USD students, faculty and staff to join the R.E.A.C.H. Teambuilding Program. Strong facilitation skills have become a key factor in today's workforce and the R.E.A.C.H program will provide you with the skills you need to succeed. The R.E.A.C.H. program serves the USD community through experiential activities including games, teambuilding programs, leadership training and group facilitation.
