Professor Richard Epstein will deliver a keynote paper on the general topic of the conference on Friday morning. The remainder of Friday will be devoted to the presentation and discussion of three papers on economic liberties and the original meaning. On Saturday, there will be the presentation and discussion of three principal papers on property rights and the original meaning. Saturday afternoon’s proceedings will conclude with a general discussion of both days’ topics.
Principal papers and Epstein’s keynote paper will be published together in the San Diego Law Review. In addition, all commentators are invited to submit written comments for publication along with the principal papers.
