Is there a constitutional right to physician-assisted death*? In any event, should physician-assisted death* be legalized under certain circumstances?

A debate between Kathryn L. Tucker, Director of Legal Affairs, Compassion & Choices and Affiliate Professor of Law, Lewis & Clark School of Law, for the affirmative, and USD School of Law Professor Yale Kamisar, for the negative.

Limited seating by RSVP only. RSVP to Dean's office.

*Physician-assisted death has been defined by Dr. Timothy Quill, a leading proponent of the practice (under certain circunstances), as "providing terminally ill patients with a potentially lethal prescription that they could ingest on their own to directly hasten death."
