Join us on Tuesday, February 12th at 12:30 p.m. in Serra Hall 210 for an hour-long QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training session. You will learn how to spot early warning signs of suicide, how to begin a conversation with someone who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or substance abuse and how make a referral to the counseling center.

Come learn what questions to ask (and what questions are not so helpful) in order to be a resource for a friend or loved one who might be struggling or thinking about suicide.
