November marks the beginning of the USD Health Survey — Highlight your Health! By taking the USD Health Survey (which will be IN your USD email inbox on November 1), you will have an opportunity to share your voice and help inform wellness initiatives on campus. 

All students will receive an initial email requesting their participation in the survey on Thursday, November 1, 2018. For confidentiality and security purposes, access to the survey can only be found through a unique link sent to each student’s USD email address.

You will also have an opportunity to win $50! We are giving away 10 gift cards to students who complete the survey! Ten students who take the survey will win $50.
