We are all in search of better health and wellness, but it can be confusing to understand what can really make a difference. Join us for an interactive learning and tasting experience in the beautiful Garden of the Sea as we explore foods and lifestyle for maximum health. You will leave knowing how to go with your gut!

Panelists:

  • Dr. Sandrine Miller-Montgomery, Executive Director of the Center for Microbiome Innovation UCSD,
    working on the American Gut Project and Global Foodomic Project
  • Dr. Celia Sepulveda, Communications Consultant, cookbook author and worked with food industry partners
    including Safeway, Stonyfield Farms, and Kashi to reduce childhood obesity by promoting nutritional
    awareness among families
