The Catalyst Challenge Workshop Series at the University of San Diego (USD) is dedicated to supporting nonprofit boards and staff: encouraging them to question conventional thinking, envision creative solutions for a desired social good, and develop sustainable excellence and artistry in leadership.

The Catalyst Challenge will provide a learning experience that catalyzes enhanced vision and leadership. In three concentrated training sessions, board members and staff will pursue previously unimagined goals and create a hands-on project that expands their nonprofit outreach and impact.

Session 2: Designing Your Catalyst Project will guide boards and their nonprofit executive/s to develop, refine, and implement a creative project that will support the organizational mission and create high impact. The board members and organizational staff on the team will each play a meaningful part in this organizational challenge that will take place over the course of 6 months.
