Terrence Patridge has a full and joyful life. Having grown up with autism, he enjoys having a community that is accepting and supportive and having music skill through which he can express and share his joy. As the star of the documentary, Bass Cleff Bliss:Terrence's Path, Terrence allows us to see a glimpse of his world and to meet his mother, grandmother, and members of his community, including his orchestra director, who have encouraged his participation and growth. Therese Davis, his mother said, "I have witnessed the joy that Terrence feels from the little things in life. He shares that joy through his music. Due to the challenges he experienced with having Autism, the "little things" became the "big things," and we have learned to not take anything or anyone for granted. This has brought an enormous sense of gratitude into our lives." Please join us for this event, in which we celebrate Terrence's accomplishments by viewing a portion of Bass Clef Bliss, participating in a panel discussion about inclusive education, and enjoying live music by Terrence Patridge.
