We seek is outside, but we don't always look for it inside,” is a fundamental belief of Isaias Crow, renowned international muralist, story teller, and author. Through his craft, Isaias explores various artforms as explorative methods for self-expression and care. This experience will offer you the opportunity to practice introspection and self-compassion in the same space through journaling, sharing, and listening to your peers.
